The guy spoke with a sort of American tone, but it also came across quite robotic. He was trying to make me believe he worked for Vodafone, but when I asked about my phone model, he couldn’t say. He mentioned he’d send a security code to my text messages but I wasn’t having it - told him, “What’s the point? You already called my number.” Then I asked him to email me instead, if he was really from Vodafone, but I never got anything.

I just picked up and they ended the call right away.

Got a call where nobody said a word - pretty sure those kind of silent calls aren’t legal. Most likely some dodgy scam going on with that number.
