I pressed the 'end call' button for reasons that now escape me, particularly since we lack any voicemail service that might have picked up the call. Following that, I hopped online and, to no surprise, discovered that the number indeed raised some red flags. Just six minutes post initial ring, I glanced back at the phone and noticed the timer ticking away as if it were counting the duration since the call began! I hit the 'end call' button again, and thankfully, the timer ceased. Afterwards, I checked the call log and felt a wave of relief to see that only the incoming call was recorded; no accidental call was made to 01234 12345 on my part. As for the caller’s identity?
