Reports on phone number 0123412345
11 yearsThis number rang me up at around 10:29 in the morning, Tuesday 22nd September 2015, while I was in the south of Ireland, using a landline. The caller ID showed a rather odd number - 0044123512345 - and I chose not to pick up. I hit the ‘end call’ button but it was kinda pointless since we don’t have any voicemail that’d pick up. Anyway, I later Googled the number and yep, it’s dodgy alright. About six minutes after I noticed the missed ring, I checked the phone again and saw some timer running like the call was still active or something. I pressed the end call button again and the timer stopped straight away. I then had a look at the call log on the phone and was happy to see it only showed the call as incoming. No way did I accidentally call back that 01234 12345 number. As for who called, no idea since I never answered.Ireland11 yearsHad a call from 01234 12345, and the lady on the phone, who sounded Asian, kept telling me there was a virus on my computer that she could fix. Quite suspicious if you ask me.11 yearsOh yeah, this is definitely a “genuine” number - I mean, 12345 paired with a proper area code (01234 is Bedford, FYI) but the caller ID shows “International” even though it’s a UK code. Like I’m ever gonna pick up that! NOPE! The voicemail started with a hesitant “Hello……” and then they just hung up. You can guess what that means. - caller: Unknown - International!BedfordUK11 yearsPatently clear and rather poorly executed scam from someone claiming to be addressing an issue with your computer, likely from the subcontinent.11 yearsI've received three silent calls within the last hour! Quite annoying, to say the least.11 yearsMy phone just rang with no sound; what a peculiar occurrence!11 yearsYet another call alerting me that my laptop requires repairs.11 yearsI received a call, but there was nothing on the other end. It just rang and then went quiet.Submit Your Own Report (01234 12345)
