I recently received a rather unsolicited call from a firm that went by the name of Prism or possibly Prizm - I couldn't quite catch it. The caller claimed that I had been in a car accident that I wasn’t to blame for (it seems some things never change, does it?). When I probed about how they had obtained my details, the response was that it came from the so-called Road Traffic & Accident Department. However, when I pressed further for specifics, the line went dead - not that I was surprised!
