Today I got a call from this number, some bloke claiming to be from TalkTalk about my router. I told him straight away I’m not even a TalkTalk customer and asked him to be honest about who he really was. His English was awful and then he started shouting and insulting me, which was pretty amusing to me but I can see how it might upset someone older or more sensitive. He kept ringing back repeatedly, swearing and shouting until I just walked away and left the phone in another room. Eventually, he gave up when no one answered.
