However, when I pressed for further details, I was transferred to an incredibly rude and aggressive bloke. Unfortunately, he didn’t provide a company identification number either. He began by barking, ‘I’m the one asking the questions here, why respond to a question with another question? Just answer me!’ Shortly after, he condescendingly asked, ‘Do you even grasp the question?’ His tone turned quite nasty as he exclaimed, ‘Do you even comprehend English?’ In the end, he just dismissed me, saying, ‘Forget it!’ and abruptly ended the call.
