They said my computer was sending out alerts about suspicious stuff and that they’d have to block my access because I hadn’t replied to those messages. They wanted me to log in to see the alerts and promised to help fix the problem. I told them, “Why would Microsoft ring me on a mobile? I haven't seen any messages.” Then I hung up. Not long after, the same number called me back from 01233. I ended the call again and decided to phone the number myself.
