some guy with an indian accent said his name was harry and claimed he was from bt openreach. he told me he was calling to sort out my slow internet. he asked me to sit by my router, saying it was a software glitch and he’d get it sorted. when i asked for a phone number so i could call him back to confirm he was legit, the line just went quiet. i kept saying hello, are you there? but then the call dropped completely.
