As a technician with BT, I had quite the amusing encounter today. A chap posing as a BT technician gave me a ring, claiming he wanted to discuss my internet connection. Clearly, he was up to no good trying to fish for information. Curious, I decided to test him by mentioning a few acquaintances and tossing in some technical jargon. He completely lost his composure and ended the call in a hurry! It's a pity, really; he seemed like he could’ve been a rather charming scammer!
