Yesterday, on the 3rd of March at 13:39, I received a call from the number 01233646162, but I chose not to answer as it was unfamiliar. Shortly after, at 14:26, another call came through from 01233642188, and I picked it up. However, I quickly ended the conversation, as I had a strong suspicion that it was a scam. There was this awkward silence before a woman with a foreign accent began speaking. This morning, I was called yet again by 01233645537. I answered, and to my surprise, it appeared to be the same woman. She claimed to be with BT Openreach, asserting that they were investigating issues with my broadband and asking if I had experienced any difficulties lately. At that moment, I recalled that she had already tried to contact me twice the day before, and I expressed my disbelief regarding her claims. Just as I was about to mention that I'd prefer to reach out to BT myself if I had any connectivity issues, she abruptly terminated the call.
