I received a pre-recorded message, which had an Asian accent, claiming that my Amazon account had been compromised. They said there was a £100 Amazon Prime subscription supposedly set up in my name. The message urged me to hit 1 to call them back and prevent the subscription fee from being deducted from my bank. It certainly felt like a scam to me. No way did I press 1!
