Received a call from an automated male voice, rather posh and distinctly British, stating it was from British Telecom. The message stressed that my telephone service and internet would be cut off forthwith. It urged me to press 1 if I wished to speak to a representative. Complete nonsense, really! For the record, I've disconnected my line rental and internet from BT ages ago. Total scam alert!
