Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent saying she was from Microsoft’s main server, sounded like she was reading off a script. She told me my computer had been hacked and wanted me to let her get in. When I asked her what my IP address was, she just hung up. Pretty clear it’s a scam, and they were using a UK landline number which makes me think they’re diverting the call from somewhere else. Wouldn’t trust it at all.
