I’m a bit dubious about this number. They were purporting to be from Uber, informing me about a so-called update to their system. However, they couldn't provide any specifics other than insisting an update was urgent, claiming the system would fail within a day, which seemed rather dubious. I told them we’d get in touch with Uber ourselves at our earliest convenience, but the woman kept insisting she would ring back in an hour. Quite baffling, to say the least!
