She put on a right act, claiming to be from EE. I have no doubt she was fishing for my personal details! Said my number was picked for a priority upgrade, but the cheeky thing doesn’t even realise I’m not one of their customers!

+441233542900 is probably a scam number. I reached out to my network, Three, just a few days back and since then, I’ve been getting dodgy calls from other network companies. Honestly, Three should seriously check how their staff handle customers’ info, coz it’s making me doubt how safe my data really is with them.

Someone rang me saying they were from Vodafone’s contracts team. I quickly told them I wasn’t interested, and the lady just responded with a tired “yeah, fine” before she ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam or some dodgy fraud to me.

They claimed to be from EE offering free upgrades, so I kept 'em hanging for about 20 minutes, pretending the line was patchy while I waited for a meeting. Gave them a fake address as well. They mentioned someone from billing would call me back before ending the call. I’m definitely going to drag it out and maybe give them a bit of grief in return. 👍🏼
