There was this call from someone with an Asian accent, I think it was about some housing thing. She asked me, "How are you today, sir?" I told her I wasn’t feeling great and quickly ended the call.

Got a call from 01233 542769, they claimed to be from the housing association or council about some repair issue. The number is from Ashford and the person on the phone had an Indian accent. They even knew my first name which was a bit unsettling. Definitely spam though, cause I’ve never lived in council or housing association property.
