This annoying dude from overseas kept ringing my landline every single day, asking for Mrs Martine. It got so bad that my son had to threaten to call the Police for harassment. Not long after, some supervisor called us and swore they’d take our number off their list. That was like 3 years ago. Now, this same numpty is phoning my mobile, this time looking for Mr Martine. Just total rubbish.

It was a bit unsettling how they already had my name. They claimed to be calling from “UK Today” conducting a survey on the three top brands in the country. I mentioned I was in the middle of work and couldn’t chat, but they insisted it’d be just half a minute and tried to persuade me to stay on the line. I politely declined and ended the call.

Got a call this morning around 11:31, some Indian guy tried saying my name but got it wrong. I didn't say it back and asked who's calling instead, then he just ended the call. Definitely adding this number to my block list.

When I told him no one's here by that name, he checked if I was the phone's owner. I said yes. Then he wanted to know what he should call me, and I told him "nothing" because he was after Mr Martin, not me. After that, he just ended the call. Weird.
