They kept asking loads of questions, wanted me to send photos of my ID, a letter with my full address, and pictures of any damage in my home. They admitted they weren’t actually part of Cambridge council but said they could speed up the repairs for me. Asked me to do a walkabout of my house and take photos while staying on the phone - I told them it wasn’t a good time. They said it’d only take ten minutes, then said they’d call back in ten to do it then. I’d already given my email and got three emails from them during the call. Properly relentless.
