They rang while I wasnt home. Later I dialled 1471 to get their number and called back. An automated voice said it was a business named Your Preferences. I checked their website but it barely said anything except they belong to a group called Pemlix Limited. According to Companies House, Pemlix runs Call Centres.

Got a call I couldn’t answer, then a robotic message left about ‘promise 16’ and their products. Straight to block from me!

I could barely make out what he was saying, maybe he was some sort of doctor or an engineer... sounded alright though, and asked me, "How are you doing today, sir?" I just played dumb and mumbled “hello? hello?” kinda like that Alan Partridge moment when he was calling "Dan? Dan? Dan! Dan?! DAN!!!! DAN!!!!" around the car park. Then the line just cut off, so I guess he went back to whatever he was busy with, probably his patients...

Got a call marked as possible spam, didn't pick it up and they didn't leave any voicemail. Just blocked the number.

I reckon this was just another annoying call, so I left it unanswered. Marked it as suspicious.

Got a call outta the blue from Capital Invests, sounded like one of those scams promising free investments. Definitely a dodgy cold caller.

I couldn’t really make out if he was a doctor or some kind of scientist, he spoke way too forcefully.

Didn’t really catch what they wanted, felt like one of those spam or sales calls.
