If it was legit, working full time would mean making nearly £180k a year! Nobody’s gonna get that sort of offer out of the blue on a cold call, obviously a con.

BEWARE OF SCAM! Got a call from the number 07442 510421, some bloke pretending to be from O2. He said since O2 joined up with Virgin, I could get a discount for being a loyal customer. Then he asked to give me a temporary password which would supposedly lock my O2 app for two days. After that, he said I’d have to log in with the pin they provide. Total rubbish! DON’T TRUST OR SHARE ANY INFO WITH THESE LOT!

I don’t have any contacts or work things connected to Ashford, so I just ignored the call and let it go to voicemail. Nothing was left, which makes me think if it was something legit or urgent, they’d have left a message or tried calling back. After seeing other people’s experiences, I’d be careful with this one.

TOTAL SCAM ALERT! Somebody rang me up claiming to be from Three Mobile trying to sell me an iPhone 12 Pro Max. First call came from 01313811389, I ignored it and then got a follow-up call from a different Ashford number, same bloke with an Indian accent. Told him straight up he was a scammer and hung up.
