Had a right dodgy experience with some scammers pretending to be from EE. They didn't respond when I answered, but it was clear they were after my banking details. Be wary!

Got a call from someone saying they were Alex from EE but it wasn’t really them. I actually work at EE and could tell straight away the voice was Indian and dodgy. Definitely not legit!

Totally a scam. The caller said he was John from BT/EE internet, which is a dead giveaway. Real reps from either BT or EE never mention both names together. Even though BT owns EE, they operate as separate businesses and wouldn’t mix up the company names like that.

Got a call from some people in India trying to sell me a phone contract or something. The whole thing felt really dodgy and I wasn’t interested at all. They kept pushing but I just hung up. Weird how they always call out of the blue!
