This number kept ringing me loads, said it was from some council office in Brighton but never left a message or sent an email. It's been going on for about two weeks, ringing multiple times a day. I've told them a few times I'm deaf and can’t pick up calls, asked them to text or email instead but they just ignored me. In the end, I had to block the number.
