020 3457 4184 rang me asking if I had a credit card with MBNA or Halifax and said I was owed PPI compensation. I asked when this was supposed to be from and he said before 2009. I told him I never had any credit card or loan back then. He quickly said oh maybe it’s an error. Total scam artists, so annoying.

Sounds like the same irritating person loads of others here mention too. I've reported them now to the ICO and also the TPS, where I’m signed up.
