That number 01233494000 rudely jolted me and my husband out of a deep sleep this morning. It was supposed to be Amazon Prime wanting to tell us about a supposed £99.99 charge being taken from our bank, and they wanted us to hit one to chat with someone. Honestly, these calls have got out of hand. If BT, Amazon or Visa don't get a grip and put a stop to this nonsense, I’m honestly thinking about taking legal action. I’m even losing my patience so much, I half-jokingly thought about getting some sort of weapon just to smash that phone up!
