I recently had an encounter with NS Financial Services, supposedly located in Kent. The woman on the other end of the line didn't sound British at all and was speaking at an alarming pace. It was clear she wasn't paying attention when I mentioned that we don’t engage with unsolicited callers or emails. If we require assistance, we prefer to seek it ourselves. Despite my clear indications, she kept probing for information until I had to inform her that her call had crossed the line into nuisance territory and I would be escalating the matter to the authorities. While I haven't yet taken the step to report it to the police or Action Fraud, it's certainly something that's weighing on my mind.
