BEWARE OF SCAMS! I found out this number by using 1471 after getting a call. When I picked up, some robotic voice with a strong American accent started saying my Amazon subscription was going to be automatically renewed for £39.99 unless I cancelled right away by pressing 1 to talk to someone. I usually handle everything about my account through emails, and the renewal isn’t due for another six months, so I just ended the call. I reckon it’s one of those dodgy things where if you press a number, they hit you with huge charges. Best not to engage!
