When I picked up the phone, it was some robotic voice claiming to be from the National Crime Agency or something similar. They said my national insurance number had been involved in some criminal activity. Then they told me to hit #1 right away to stop my NI number from getting blocked (which sounds totally made up!) and to avoid getting arrested. Yeah right, I just ended the call straight away!
