She claimed to be from BT, saying they’d had complaints about my internet being slow and could 'help' me fix it. Problem is, I don't use BT. I told her to ring the local cops and report her own fraud, then she quickly ended the call. Kinda freaky she actually knew my name. Definitely a scam trying to sneak into your computer or steal info.
