There was a long silence before he finally said, “not good,” and I ended the call.

I got a call from a woman who sounded like she was from the US. She claimed my talktalk internet was about to be cut off and told me to press 1, or 2 if I wanted to keep it going. I just ended the call straight away. This definitely isn’t from talktalk. Don’t go pressing any of those options!
