I picked up and there was complete silence, then the call just ended out of nowhere.

Some bloke claimed he was from BT Openreach, but the call was awful quality, and he had an Indian accent. He said there was a problem with my internet and needed my help to sort it out. When I mentioned I was on a Mac, he put me through to a ‘senior agent’. After that, the line got even worse and then dropped. I was curious to see what nonsense they’d try and pull!
