I might’ve been daft, but I pressed the button to call back, and got through to a man with an Asian accent. Didn’t share any personal info, but he went straight into talking about two ‘suspicious transactions’ without checking who I was at all. When I asked him who he thought he was speaking to, he mentioned a name of someone who left this house more than 20 years ago!
