He claimed he could stop annoying calls. Then he asked for my bank card’s 16 digits and the expiry date. When I said no, he insisted it was legal to give it. I told him to block himself instead, as I found him quite bothersome. I hung up, but he rang again from another number. When I questioned why the change, he said the first line was bad. I never gave him my card info though. Total scam.
