The line was really fuzzy, and the guy speaking had this strong Indian accent. He claimed to be from BT, but I couldn’t make out much about some supposed discount or refund he mentioned. I kept asking where exactly he was calling from, and just like always, he said BT. Getting a bit fed up, I pressed him to say which part of the world he was in, and he replied ‘London’ - seemed like he said New Street or something like that. After that, I just gave up trying to understand.
