Somebody phoned me saying they were from TalkTalk saying there was an issue with my internet that they were fixing (which wasn’t true at all). I told them to stop and started recording the call. He read from a script and offered to help fix the problem but didn’t know my name or account details. When I hinted that he and the others were scammers, he got really rude.

I got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but when I asked my guardian about it, there was no voicemail or anything left.
