I got a call from someone claiming to be 'Robin' working at Microsoft, with an unmistakable Asian accent. He told me my PC had issues and wanted me to power it on so he could "fix" it remotely. When I said no, he switched to being quite rude, hurling insults and swearing at me. He acted like he already had all my details - my full name, address, and phone number. After a while of him going on and on, I just ended the call.

Got a call today at 08:08 from the number 01229770850. It was Friday 16th Feb 2024, and when I picked up the answerphone started first. The caller just said "hello" then hung up straight away. Looks like another scam call, typical for a Friday morning.

He rang up saying it was about our internet with BT, but we dont even use BT for our internet.
