i got a call from a "private number" but the lady claimed she was from clean energy solutions, which apparently is their real number. she sounded quite polite and mentioned something about government support for heating. ive just been to a seminar by trading standards and they warned us most of these are just scams. i told her cold calling is actually against the law and this was definitely one. i also said id be reporting them to the ico.
