Got a call from this number, some bloke with an Asian accent claiming he was from BT. He started off saying that my internet was being used by others without permission. Then he told me to check my phone for some sort of app, but I couldn’t catch what it was he wanted me to look for, so I just said I didn’t have anything like that. After that, he said my internet would be cut off for a week while they sorted it. To top it off, he called me a horrible name and wished me dead. Proper rude and shady behaviour.
