A lady rang me claiming she was calling from Mastercard about some charges. She said I’d paid £8.99 to Amazon Prime and also an £800 fee. I wasn’t convinced at all and just ended the call. Later, after hanging up, I checked the number and noticed it was actually from a local area code.
