this call came through to our landline here in lanarkshire, scotland, back on 16/11/2016. it was a bit cheeky ringing at 2:30 in the morning! still not sure if the call was from a business or just another landline. can anyone help us figure this out?

Got a call on my landline at half past two in the morning, and I live in Scotland. No clue if it was a business or someone's home ringing at such a ridiculous hour. Honestly, what nerve! I might just return the favour and call them back at the same time.
