Im so annoyed with these calls nowadays. Now I just answer, say hello and then wait to hear them talk first. If they say something like "hi, it's Janet, how are you?" then im all for chatting with someone I've known. But if they dont say their name, I just stay quiet and they either start some sales pitch or hang up.
