Picked up, nobody said a word, then I heard the busy signal. Put them straight on block.

I got a weird silent voicemail from this number. I tried to call back using 1471 to check who it was, but all I heard was some BT automated message saying "Sorry, your call can't be connected right now, please try later." Doesn't seem like a genuine phone number to me. Pretty sure it's just a scammer.
