I saw a missed call and decided to ring back. When I got through, I could hear loads of noise in the background, like people talking in a busy office or call centre. The person who answered seemed a bit shocked that I’d called them. When I asked, they gave me their name and said the call was about some life insurance offer. It was definitely a cold call, but they somehow already had my full name - don’t really like that at all.
