Got a call from a bloke who paused before saying he was from Open Reach and gave me some kind of code. Shortly after, I got a text from BT, which is weird as we don’t use them for our phone service. We even dug out an old BT account and checked, nothing outstanding. Seems a bit dodgy to me, probably a scam.
