Got a call out of the blue with no voicemail or anything, so I just blocked the number figuring it was a scam.

I reckon these are what you'd call ghost calls - people ring up and stay completely silent. I've gotten a couple myself. Honestly, I find these less irritating than when they actually talk and you end up having to chat or pretend to be interested, which wastes your time.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, then they asked for my password. Told them I couldn’t recall it and they just ended the call haha.

This number’s not familiar to me, so I didn’t answer the call. They left a voicemail but no one said anything, so I’m not really sure if I should block it yet. For now, I’m keeping it as unknown whether it’s safe or not.
