Got a call from a number I didn’t know, so I picked up because I was waiting for someone to ring from the 01228 code. The person on the other end actually knew my name and an old address of mine. They said they were contacting me about a “loft insulation check.” Seemed like a classic scam or just some spam to me.

The first one that came up on my caller ID said something like “Charlotte from Walth UK,” then the next time it was “It’s Alex” when I didn’t pick up. I looked the number up and it pointed me to some W.E.T services, but honestly, it all seems like one of those scam calls. Definitely fishy in my book.
