3 yearsI got a call from a woman claiming to be from BT Broadband, but she kept calling me Tenelle, which isn’t my name. I decided to humour her for a bit since I wasn’t busy. There was a weird lag on the call and she sounded quite abrupt and annoyed, which instantly made me suspicious that she wasn’t legit. I have no idea who Tenelle is, but I’ve been receiving texts for years aimed at someone by that name trying to reset Snapchat and TikTok passwords. Problem is, I don’t even use those apps!
