I quickly clarified that we do not have any telephone insurance with them. They then mentioned that they obtained my number through a "number generation programme." When I questioned who had provided that information, they suddenly became unresponsive. I recall seeing something similar on Watchdog, so I'm well aware of the tricks they often employ.
