I reckon this was some kind of scam. Got a call from someone claiming they could give me a discount on my O2 bill, but I don’t even use O2. When I asked how they got my phone number and what name was on their account for me, they told me to confirm my info again. As soon as I did, they just ended the call. Proper dodgy.
