I just got this automated call claiming to be from BT’s telecom team. The message said something like "your BT broadband will be stopped from today because some folks nearby are accessing your personal information. To sort it out, press 1 to talk to a BT technician or press 2 to cut off your internet." Seriously, if they wanna scam us, they should at least use proper English! Don’t press 1 - just block the number straight away. Never share your details with these scammers!
