Got a call from a woman claiming my PPI claim was approved with the bank. I asked her which bank she meant, and she just said "the one you currently use." I asked again, and she repeated it but sounded rude, then just cut me off. Definitely didn’t sound like she was from Carlisle even though that’s what the number showed.
