Turns out it’s from Springboard, the assessment centre for special needs, mainly speech and language therapy, based in Carlisle. I’m quite certain the lady is the one who visits my son’s school.

Got calls from the same number two times today, and honestly, they call almost every day. But I don’t even live at that address! When I told them to stop, the woman on the phone said she wouldn’t explain what their company does because it “was none of my business.” The company’s called jsd, if that helps anyone. Proper frustrating!

I just got a call from this number. There was this really rude lady claiming she was from some accident claims company called Best Way. She kept insisting on whether I’d been involved in a crash. The moment I asked how she got my details, she got all abrupt and slammed the phone down. It felt like such an invasion of privacy and honestly left me a bit unsettled. Why can’t they find real jobs instead of pestering folks like this? It’s awful they don’t even consider that they might be targeting vulnerable people.
